Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not the product you ordered, return it during the “return and exchange” period to B2C USA and we will arrange a replacement. In this case, return shipping will be paid by B2C USA.

Simple Cancellation of Purchase
